We are looking for a product designer with 5+ years of work experience who is as passionate as our team. Someone who is not afraid to try out new design patterns. Someone who continuously wants to improve the process and who is not afraid to give and receive feedback.
You are a team player who likes to work closely with our developers. You love making design systems and ensuring a smooth handover to development. You also think it is important to do a design review of all developed features. After all, the end result is what counts.
As a product designer, you take ownership of your own projects. This gives you the freedom to make your mark on the apps you deliver. As a product designer, you are ultimately responsible for what a user and company needs. You sit at the table with all stakeholders to make the right decisions. Good communication and setting boundaries is important in this.
We offer a gross salary between €4,000 and €5,500, 25 vacation days, and a training budget of €1,500 per year.
You have a lot of flexibility in terms of where you work and your work hours. You can work in a hybrid remote setup, where you come into the office for at least 1 or 2 days a week. We believe it's important to have fun together, which is why we encourage in-person interaction in the office. Our office is conveniently located within walking distance of Utrecht Central Station.
You will receive a MacBook Pro and matching gear to help you shine. Additionally, if our team performs well, we will share profits with everyone.
In addition, we have a lot of fun activities with the team. For example, we travel to a different foreign city every year and we regularly have drinks or go out to eat. The pub in our office is one of our favourite places!
